Yes! No client information is ever given to any third parties. All information on our client portal is done with the same 128 bit level encryption your bank uses.

We are very flexible to cancellations because we know things come up and schedules change. However, please be aware that a fee of 35% of that day's visit(s) will be applied if service(s) are canceled after 7pm the night before they occur. If cancellation occurs same day, a fee of 50% of that day's visit will be applied. If the pet sitter shows up to do the visit and then it is canceled, the original charge for the visit stands. A fee of 50% of the visits booked will be applied if visits are cancelled within 2 weeks of major holidays.

For extended stays, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service start time. We understand that circumstances may change, but please be mindful of this policy as it allows us to accommodate other clients effectively and assure work is available for our pet sitters.

If you are in need of a last-minute reservation, Denver Pro Pet Sitting will strive to accommodate your needs, but can only do so based on availability.

All services listed in our service agreement will be provided in a reliable, professional and trustworthy manner. Denver Pro Pet Sitting is only liable for claims arising from negligence or willful misconduct. Due to the extreme unpredictability of animals, we cannot accept responsibility for unusual circumstances (i.e. pet stains, furniture damage, spills, bites, water stains that are due to the actions of pets, etc.). Also, if your pets have access to the outside, we are NOT responsible for injury, disappearance, or fines.

Yes! Your pet sitter receives all of their tips minus a very small processing fee.

Payment is made very simple using our client portal. An invoice will be sent to the email you provide. Payment must be made within 5 days after the last service has been completed. We accept credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and ACH transfer via the client portal. We also accept cash or check in limited cases. Late payment charge is $10.00 per day.

We try our very best to accommodate visits with the same pet sitter each time. This is very unique in the pet sitting industry. Only when necessary will there be another pet sitter that fills in.

If you are new client of Denver Pro Pet Sitting, please try to make your arrangements two weeks in advance . This will allow time for the initial consultation and scheduling. If you are a current client, a one-week advance notice is sufficient. If service is needed during a holiday, please reach out to schedule as soon as possible. Holiday season tends to book up fast!

Yes. Vet prescribed medication can be administered including pills, drops, and injections. Medications that may pose a risk to the pet sitter will not be administered.

In the case of an emergency with your pet, we will promptly contact your vet and transport them to the proper facility, if necessary. We will then reach out to you with the contact information you provided for such occurrences. If there is ever an emergency with your home, we will call you, additional emergency contacts you provide, authorities, and/or a preferred repair service.
